Currently you can enjoy any two main courses for £25.00, Mondays to Thursdays, lunch and dinner.

The Sole Bay is the Adnams Brewery Tap offering one of the broadest ranges of Adnams’ beers in Southwold.

Our seasonal menu celebrates our coastal location and complements our Adnams drinks list.

We’re proud to offer a relaxed and tasty respite in sunny Southwold.

We do not take table bookings. All tables work on a first come first served basis.

Bar – Open daily from 12pm

We serve food on Monday – Saturday from:

Lunch: 12pm to 3pm

Dinner: 5.30pm to 8.30pm

On Sundays food is served from 12pm – 5pm
