We’re lucky to still have a traditional pier in Southwold. It’s packed full of timeless, nostalgic fun and well worth a visit.
A Sole Bay Highlight | Southwold Lighthouse
Just like Adnams, the Lighthouse’s foundations are firmly rooted in the town. In fact, they go down 20 feet into the rock, right outside The Sole Bay. It peeks into our windows and shines out when we head home in the evening. Now, our tour guides get to take you around and reveal all its secrets. You get to look behind the scenes and learn all about its role as a nautical beacon. The sights from the top and its spectacular spiral staircase are a photographer’s dream.
